If at any time you are unhappy with the level of service you have received, we ask that you allow us an opportunity to make it right. If you are still unhappy with the service you received, you may request a new HR Advisor and we will credit you one full month’s membership fees.

You are not required to purchase an HR Advisor Plan to use our services. You may purchase HR services on the website or through your client portal. Once we receive your request, we will assign an HR advisor to assist you with your purchase.

Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated HR Advisor with the skill sets to best support your account.

Your assigned HR advisor will gladly assist you with any HR related questions or concerns you may wish to discuss. If it is determined that you will need professional legal support and/or if your case requires a higher level of HR support, your HR advisor will escalate your case to the next level of HR support to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the level of service you received.

Our HR Advisors have been interviewed and pre-screened to ensure they have the necessary skills, qualifications, and relevant work experience to support our clients. On average, our HR Advisors will have greater than 10 years of demonstrated professional HR experience. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your assigned HR Advisor you may request a new advisor.

The HR Advisor client portal is provided for a single user representative of the client company. This representative may be the owner, manager, or other designated representative of the company. The HR advisor will work directly with the appointed company representative to address any employment related concerns.
